Watches
A watch checks on a schedule and messages you only when something changes or your condition is met: a fare under your threshold, slots opening up, a rule changing. A quiet watch is still working.
Watches that stay quiet for a long time check less often.
Errands
An errand is an outcome Mazer works towards over days: a refund, a follow-up with a hotel or airline, a confirmation. It checks on a schedule, reads whole email threads, and prepares next steps (emails, calendar events, Notion, Docs or Drive), each waiting for your approval.- Limited steps. Mazer prepares only the kinds and number of steps you allow: 5 by default, up to 25. Say “give it 5 more” to extend it.
- Price limits are firm. In a negotiation, Mazer never exceeds or reveals your limit, and only you can change it.
- It ends on its own when the goal is met or its end date passes (7 days by default, up to 30). Say “stop that errand” to end it early.
- It never posts publicly or pays.
Scheduled tasks
Scheduled tasks run on their own and report back: daily, on a chosen weekday, or every few minutes (at least 5). They only read: web search, your memory and past conversations, bookings, events, and Gmail if it’s connected. They never send, book, cancel or change anything. Create, list and cancel them in conversation. They’re also listed in Settings → Agent Tasks, where you can pause or delete them.Routines
Mazer proposes the steps from the last few hours with a name and trigger phrases, and saves the routine once you approve. Saying a phrase runs it again; on Telegram, it also gets its own/command. Mazer may offer, once, to save something you’ve done on several days.
A routine pre-approves nothing: steps that send, book, pay or call still ask each time. Keep up to 20 routines, managed in Settings → Skills.
The Activity log
Settings → Activity shows the last 30 days of Mazer’s work on every channel:- what it did
- approvals waiting for you (approve or decline them there or in chat)
- errands and watches in progress
- bookings made through Mazer
