Explore

Explore (tripmazer.com/deals) is a swipe deck of experiences for your next trip from Viator, Tiqets and Headout. Each card shows which of your free days it fits, alongside nearby places and events.
  • Heart a card to add it to the trip’s shortlist. On shared trips, everyone sees who saved what.
  • Fit into my free days drafts a plan from your shortlist. Nothing is added until you say yes.
Your shortlist lives on the trip’s Saved screen.
Mazer can send you to Explore but can’t heart cards for you. Use the screen to build the shortlist.

What can I afford?

Afford Explorer is on Mazer Pro and Elite.
Not sure where to go yet? Afford Explorer (tripmazer.com/tools/afford) starts from your budget. Set what you want to spend, your departure airport, when you can travel and the kind of trip you want, and it shows destinations that fit, with flights, stays and daily spending broken down. Save the ones you like to your wishlist, or start planning from one.

Reels and videos into places

Send Mazer a link to an Instagram reel, a YouTube video or a TikTok, and it reads the caption, transcript and frames, then answers questions or summarises it. Travel videos get a Places in this video list, checked against the map, that you can add to a trip. On the web you can also attach your own video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 3 minutes and 300 MB). If it still has its GPS and clock data, Mazer works out where and when it was filmed and which trip it belongs to. Uploaded videos are deleted after reading.
Private and deleted posts can’t be read. A place that only appears in the picture, with no name in the caption or speech, may be real but harder to confirm.

Photos of places

Send a photo of a building, temple or viewpoint and ask what it is. Mazer reads any signs first, then checks places Google lists within a few hundred metres of you (from your shared location, the photo’s GPS or the app’s location). If it can’t confirm the name, it says so and suggests what’s nearby instead of guessing.

Real photos in replies

When Mazer talks about specific places, landmarks or animals, real photos are attached to the reply automatically: from Google Maps for places, and credited Wikimedia Commons images otherwise. Ask “show me” for several photos of one place.

Events

Ask what’s on while you’re there: festivals, concerts, sports and local events.
