Arrival kit

Ask before you land and Mazer works from your trip’s real arrival airport and time. You get a checklist in the order you’ll need it: getting to your first stay, a SIM or eSIM, cash, and the local emergency number. Pro gets a standard briefing, and Elite gets the full kit.

Live interpreter and bargaining

On Telegram, /interpret English Thai starts a two-way live interpreter, and /negotiate starts a bargaining helper with fair prices and cultural tips. /stopinterp ends either one. When a session ends, Mazer offers to log the price, add places, set reminders or save details. Anywhere else, just ask:

Phrase packs

On Telegram, /phrases makes an offline phrase pack for any language or destination.

Trip Audio Guide

Mazer narrates your itinerary stop by stop, in 18 languages. It’s made automatically 3 days before a trip, or ask for it any time.

Call ahead

Call ahead is on Mazer Elite and uses real call minutes.
Once you approve, Mazer places a real phone call to a hotel, restaurant or airline, in the local language or one you choose. The caller says it’s an AI, never gives card details, and never agrees to a charge. Afterwards Mazer reports exactly what happened.

Visa appointment watch

Visa appointment watch is on Mazer Elite, for US and Schengen visas.
Mazer reads public appointment-slot trackers and alerts you when a slot you could use opens up. It never books the appointment.

Shopping for your trip

In the web chat, ask Mazer to pick or compare something you need to buy, such as a power bank or a carry-on. It gives its advice, then adds product cards from Amazon (Amazon.in in India, Amazon.com elsewhere), marked as affiliate links. It only does this when you ask, and not for medicines, supplements, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, adult products or financial products.

Mazer Radio

Mazer Radio is TripMazer’s weekly show: one city per episode, with original songs and a day there you can save as a plan. It’s also on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.
