Your traveller passport

The profile you fill in at sign-up: passport country, home base, food rules, interests, spending style, pace, body clock and who you travel with. Mazer reads it on every channel.
  • Visa rules: your passport country is used to check them without you asking.
  • Food rules and allergies are treated as strict.
  • Skipped questions count as unknown, not as a “no”.

What Mazer learns

Memory across trips is on Mazer Pro and Elite.
Mazer remembers facts you mention, past trips and your preferences, on every channel. Something you say on WhatsApp is known on the web.
  • Facts that change keep one dated value, such as a loyalty number or your partner’s name. Mazer updates it when you tell it, checks it against what you’ve entered in the app, and asks about old ones in check-ins.
  • Big changes are confirmed first: your name, nationality, country of residence, partner or age.
  • Moving home makes Mazer re-check your home airport and timezone.
  • Memories from finished trips are retired, not deleted.
See, change and undo what Mazer remembers in Settings → AI Memory, which keeps a history.

Standing reminders

Reminders can wait for a topic instead of a time: Each one fires at most three times, no more than once a day, and expires after 90 days.

AI Preferences

In Settings → AI Preferences:

Travel Preferences and loyalty

Settings → Travel Preferences holds your day-to-day travel choices. Loyalty programmes and saved cards (for lounge access) have their own sections in Settings.
