Bookings you made outside TripMazer belong in your trip too, so Mazer can answer “what time is my check-in?” and plan around them.

Gmail auto-import

Gmail auto-import is on Mazer Pro and Elite.
Connect Gmail in Settings → Integrations. From then on, every ten minutes Mazer files the booking emails it’s sure of (airline, hotel, rail and activity confirmations) into the matching trip, creating a trip if there isn’t one. Each becomes a booking card, an expense and an itinerary line, never a duplicate.
  • Changes to a booking update it, and cancellations cancel it.
  • Marketing emails are never imported. Emails Mazer isn’t sure about wait as suggestions for you to confirm.
  • Each run sends you one message listing what was added. Any import can be undone for 7 days.
  • On first connect, Mazer reads two years of email. Upcoming bookings are filed into trips. Past ones become past trips for you to review on My Trips and in Settings.
You can ask Mazer about imports on any channel:

Forward or upload

On any plan:
  • WhatsApp and Telegram: forward the confirmation email or send the PDF to Mazer.
  • Web: attach the PDF or a screenshot in chat, or paste the confirmation text.

Documents

Tickets, vouchers, visas and IDs live on the trip’s Docs screen, organised per traveller. On the Android app, Lock Docs puts them behind your phone’s screen lock.

Disconnecting Gmail

Disconnecting Gmail deletes its inbox-scan previews. Bookings already imported stay in your trips.
