Mazer
Mazer is the AI you talk to in TripMazer. It’s one assistant with one memory, whether you reach it in the web app, the Android app, WhatsApp, Telegram or by voice. Mazer doesn’t just answer. It can search flights, hotels and activities, change your itinerary, log expenses, set reminders, draft emails, run small calculations, read links and videos you send, and work with apps you’ve connected. When it does something, it tells you what it did; when it couldn’t, it says so plainly.Trips
A trip is where everything for one journey lives. Mazer creates one when you say “save it” or “make this a trip” and it knows the destination, the exact dates and a total budget (your home city is the default origin). Creating a trip and planning a trip are two separate choices: “create a trip” only saves it, while “plan the whole trip” runs the full flow of searches and day-by-day planning. Each trip has a Trip Home with these screens:
Packing, Memories, Trip Wrapped and Live Trip open from the Trip Home too.
Memory
Mazer remembers you in two layers:- Your traveller passport: the profile you fill in at sign-up (passport country, home base, food rules, interests, budget style, pace, body clock, who you travel with). Mazer reads it on every channel. Food rules and allergies are treated as strict.
- What it learns over time: facts you mention (“my partner is vegetarian”, “I hate red-eye flights”), past trips and preferences. You can see and delete these in Settings → AI Memory.
Approvals
Mazer asks before anything that’s hard to take back. Anything that books, pays, sends, publishes or deletes appears as a card for you to approve first, on every channel. Mazer never pays for you: payment always happens in TripMazer’s checkout. Changes to your own plans are lighter. Itinerary edits arrive as a card to apply, or apply on their own if you choose Autopilot in Settings → AI Preferences. The other levels are Minimal, Balanced and Proactive.Saving something as a routine never pre-approves it. A routine that books or sends still asks each time.
Channels
You can reach Mazer in five places. They share one account, one set of trips and one memory, but each is good at different things.
A few things only happen on the web, such as checkout payment, the itinerary’s Day check buttons and the Memories editor. On the bots, Mazer sends you a link to the right screen instead.
Routines
When you find yourself asking Mazer for the same thing often, say “save this as a routine”. Mazer proposes the steps from the last few hours with a name and trigger phrases, and saves it after you approve. Saying the phrase later runs it again (on Telegram it also gets its own/command).
You can keep up to 20 routines, managed in Settings → Skills. For watches, errands and scheduled tasks, see Watches, errands, routines and tasks.
