Once WhatsApp is linked, Mazer is a contact in your chat list. It knows your trips, memory and bookings, and it can do most of what it does on the web: plan, search, change the itinerary, log expenses, set reminders, read links and voice notes, and send you alerts.
WhatsApp and Telegram are part of Mazer Pro and Elite, including the 7-day trial.
1

Open Integrations

In the web app, go to Settings → Integrations and find WhatsApp.
2

Tap Connect

TripMazer opens WhatsApp with a message already typed: “Hi! Link my WhatsApp:” followed by a one-time code.
3

Send the message

Send it as it is. Don’t edit the code. The link expires after 15 minutes; if it does, tap Connect again for a fresh one.
4

Check it's linked

Back in Settings → Integrations, WhatsApp shows your name or number as linked. Mazer replies in WhatsApp to say hello.
Do this on your phone if you can. On a computer, the Connect button opens WhatsApp Web or the desktop app instead, which works too.

What to send Mazer

Type / to open the menu of quick actions.

Messages from Mazer

On WhatsApp, Mazer can also message you first: a morning digest on trip days, reminders you’ve set, flight alerts (Elite, if enabled), and check-ins before departure and after landing. Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp and choose Disconnect. Your trips and memory stay in your account.

Limits on WhatsApp

  • Groups: Mazer can’t be added to WhatsApp groups. For a group chat with Mazer in it, use Telegram.
  • Checkout: booking opens TripMazer’s checkout as a link; payment always happens there.
  • Rich screens: the itinerary editor, Memories and Explore are web screens. Mazer sends a link when you need one.
