Free

For the trip you’re just starting to imagine. Full planning, real search and voice, with a message allowance.

Mazer Pro

For frequent and shared trips. Unlimited trips and messages, WhatsApp and Telegram, Gmail import and cross-trip memory.

Mazer Elite

TripMazer at its most capable. Flight alerts, Negotiate for Me, concierge calls, Mazer Cuts reels and family updates.

The Free message allowance

On Free, the web chat allows 20 AI messages every 5 hours. When you have 4 left, Mazer offers to save your plan; on the last one, it saves the trip and shortlist for you and tells you when messages reset. Nothing you’ve planned is lost. You can see what you’ve used in Settings → Usage & Limits.

The 7-day trial

Pro and Elite both start with a 7-day free trial, with no card required. During the trial you get the plan’s features. Reels and songs are the exception: a trial includes one of each, and the full monthly allowance starts when your subscription does.

Changing or cancelling

Manage your plan in Settings → Billing & Plan. For refunds, see the cancellation and refunds policy.
Plans can’t be bought inside the Android app yet. The trial works there; to subscribe, use tripmazer.com/pricing in a browser and the plan applies to the app too.
