# Android app

> The TripMazer Android app adds push notifications, share-to-chat, Trip mode and a home-screen widget.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The Android app is **in testing on Google Play** and opening up gradually. If you've been invited, install it from the Play Store link in your invite. Until it reaches you, the [web app](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/web-and-iphone.md) does everything except the Android-only features below.

## What the app adds

> **Push notifications**
>
> Flight alerts, reminders and messages from Mazer arrive as notifications, even when the app is closed.

> **Share to Mazer**
>
> Share a reel, a link, a screenshot or a booking PDF from any app straight into a chat with Mazer.

> **Trip mode**
>
> On a trip, the app notices when you reach a stop or your hotel and opens that stop's guide when you arrive.

> **Trip widget**
>
> A home-screen widget with what's next on your trip.

> **Docs lock**
>
> Lock your passports, visas and tickets behind your fingerprint or screen lock.

> **Photo import and Wallet passes**
>
> Bring trip photos into Memories, and add flights, stays and activities to Google Wallet.

The app also has a screen-off guide for listening while you walk, and plans days around your sleep.

## Signing in

Open the app, and sign in with the same Google, Facebook, Microsoft or email account you use on the web. Your trips, memory and connected apps are already there.

## Plans in the app

Plans and credits can't be bought inside the app yet. The [7-day trial](https://docs.tripmazer.com/plans.md#the-7-day-trial) works there; to subscribe, use [tripmazer.com/pricing](https://tripmazer.com/pricing) in a browser and your plan applies in the app straight away.
