# Introduction

> Mazer is your AI travel companion. It plans the trip, books it, and stays with you on WhatsApp, Telegram and voice until you're home.

## What TripMazer is

TripMazer is a travel app built around **Mazer**, an AI companion you talk to the way you'd talk to a well-travelled friend. Ask for a long weekend in Goa, a honeymoon in Bali or a work trip to Dubai, and Mazer:

* builds the day-by-day plan around your pace, food rules and budget
* searches real flights, hotels and things to do, and books flights and hotels inside TripMazer
* keeps the trip in one place: bookings, documents, budget, packing and the people coming with you
* travels with you on **WhatsApp**, **Telegram** and **voice**, and (on Elite) watches your flights for delays and gate changes
* turns the photos and days afterwards into a journal, a story and a reel

You don't need to learn menus. If you can describe what you want, Mazer can usually do it, and it asks before anything that books, pays, sends or deletes.

## What a trip looks like

**1. Ask**

Tell Mazer where, when and who's coming. It answers with ideas, prices and a plan you can push back on.

**2. Make it a trip**

Say "save it" and the plan becomes a trip with its own home: days, bookings, budget, documents and packing.

**3. Give it its days**

Mazer fills the itinerary and checks each day for clashes, closed places and long transfers.

**4. Save and book**

Book flights and hotels in TripMazer's checkout, or (on Pro) let Mazer import bookings you've already made from Gmail.

**5. Take Mazer along**

On the trip, Mazer is in your messaging app: today's plan, expenses from a receipt photo, flight alerts and a check-in to family.

> [!TIP]
>
> Already have an account? Open [tripmazer.com/app](https://tripmazer.com/app) and type **"How does this work?"**. Mazer answers with your own next step and can replay the tour.

## Where Mazer works

| Where | Best for |
| - | - |
| [Web app](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/web-and-iphone.md) | Planning, the trip dashboard, checkout, memories |
| [iPhone](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/web-and-iphone.md#add-tripmazer-to-your-iphone-home-screen) | The web app from your home screen (there's no App Store app yet) |
| [Android app](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/android.md) | Push notifications, share-to-chat, Trip mode, widgets |
| [WhatsApp](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/whatsapp.md) and [Telegram](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/telegram.md) | Everything on the move: quick questions, receipts, voice notes, alerts |
| [Mazer Live](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/mazer-live.md) | Real-time voice conversation, hands-free |

Every channel shares the same account, trips and memory. Start a plan on your laptop, and ask about it on WhatsApp at the airport.
