# FAQ

> **Is TripMazer free?**
>
> Yes. Free includes full planning, real flight, hotel and activity search, Mazer Live voice and up to 2 active trips, with 20 web chat messages every 5 hours. Pro and Elite add more. Both start with a 7-day trial with no card. See [Plans and limits](https://docs.tripmazer.com/plans.md).

> **Will Mazer book or pay for anything without asking me?**
>
> No. Anything that books, pays, sends, publishes or deletes needs your approval first, and payment always happens in TripMazer's checkout. The one thing that runs without asking each time is [automatic check-in](https://docs.tripmazer.com/features/auto-check-in.md), which you switch on yourself, and even that only takes free seats.

> **Is there an iPhone app?**
>
> Not yet. Add the web app to your home screen from Safari: it opens full-screen like an app. See [Web and iPhone](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/web-and-iphone.md).

> **Is there an Android app?**
>
> Yes, in testing on Google Play and opening up gradually. See [Android app](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/android.md).

> **Can I use WhatsApp or Telegram on Free?**
>
> Not on Free. They're part of Pro and Elite, including the 7-day trial, and **Settings → Integrations** shows **Upgrade** instead of **Connect**. If your plan ends, the link stays in place and Mazer only replies with an upgrade link. You can disconnect it in **Settings → Integrations** at any time.

> **Can I book flights and hotels in TripMazer?**
>
> Yes. **Book** on a flight or hotel card opens TripMazer's own checkout. See [Booking flights and hotels](https://docs.tripmazer.com/features/flights-and-hotels.md).

> **Does Mazer know where I am?**
>
> Only when you share your location (on WhatsApp or Telegram), allow it in the browser or app, or send a photo that has location data. Family updates are about your flights, never your position.

> **Can my family follow my flights?**
>
> On Elite, yes. Say "keep Mum posted on my flights" and she gets an invite. See [Safety and family updates](https://docs.tripmazer.com/features/safety-and-family.md).

> **Can I plan a trip with friends?**
>
> Yes. Pro allows up to 10 travellers on a trip and Elite up to 20. On Free, you can share a read-only plan. See [Group trips](https://docs.tripmazer.com/features/group-trips.md).

> **Can I meet other travellers?**
>
> Yes. [Mazer Match](https://docs.tripmazer.com/features/mazer-match.md) shows travellers on overlapping dates on every plan, and people close to you on Elite. It's opt-in, and nobody can message you until you've both agreed to connect.

> **Does Mazer remember things between chats?**
>
> Yes. Your traveller passport is read on every plan, and on Pro and Elite Mazer also remembers what it learns across trips and channels. See and change it in **Settings → AI Memory**.

> **What languages does Mazer speak?**
>
> Voice replies and Mazer Live have eleven English voices with different accents. The Trip Audio Guide narrates in 18 languages, and the interpreter and phrase packs cover many more.

> **How do I cancel my subscription?**
>

> **How do I delete my account and data?**
>
