# Negotiate for Me

> Turn a hotel or airline booking into a case for an upgrade, refund, discount, compensation or fee waiver.

Negotiate for Me turns a hotel or airline booking into a **case** with a clear goal: an upgrade, a refund, a discount, compensation or a fee waiver. Mazer writes the email or call script to make your case.

## How a case works

**1. Open a case**

Go to **Negotiate for Me**, choose the booking and what you want.

**2. Review the draft**

Mazer writes an email, or a script if you'd rather call. Edit it as you like.

**3. Send it**

Send it from your Gmail, or copy it. Nothing is sent until you tap **Send**.

**4. Follow the replies**

For cases sent from Gmail, Mazer checks for replies every few hours. When one arrives, it's added to the case, compared with your goal, and you're told. After 2 quiet days, Mazer reminds you that a nudge is due.
