# Group trips

> Plan with friends and family: invite travellers, share the plan, decide together and split the costs.

## Bringing people in

Invite

People who join open the trip from their own TripMazer account. The trip's **Group** screen shows who's coming.

To share without inviting, send a read-only link. Anyone can view it without an account, and booking references are never on it.

## Deciding together

* **Shortlists**: on shared trips, Explore's hearts show who saved what.
* **Split plans**: when the group wants different things, ask Mazer for a split plan for that day.
* **Telegram groups**: add @TripMazerBot to the group chat and use `/linktrip`. You get polls (`/newpoll`), `/split`, `/status` and `/who`, and Mazer answers when it's mentioned. See [Telegram](https://docs.tripmazer.com/install/telegram.md#use-mazer-in-a-telegram-group).

## Money
